Ordered online a large Fuh-Gettabout-It chicken sandwich. PIckup was easy and fast. I thought the sandwich tasted great and that it had a homemade type of flavor.

i ordered a vegetarian sandwich (the kailey) and must have gotten the wrong sub, as it had none of the same toppings and had chicken and pepperoni on it lol. but i've been before and the sandwiches are very good! gave this one to a friend as i am a vegetarian though. would appreciate a refund or coupon for next time if u guys see this :)

3 stars, the food is great, but boy is this place a disorganized mess! I got my food before I even paid! Why would you take the order and then pay at a separate place? That's just extra time and steps, then it seemed no one wanted to take my money, I had to wait again to pay! Unreal. Would've been less stars if the food didnt make up for the disorganized chaos!

I've always had great service and great food from this place, tonight I placed an order through DoorDash and it's missing an item. after calling the Store , I'm informed that it was out of stock and yet I've got no notification from them or DoorDash. Young lady answering the phone said it had been refunded and yet does not show on my end and when I call back to question-it i was told refund could be 3-5 days and then i was hung up on. You just lost my business.

Ordered via doordash, the food came on time, accept the eighteen dollar salad that I paid for plus the taxes and the tips that I paid additional on came completely inedible... when you flip it upside down, you can see soggy yellowness of the salad which doesnt even have dressing on it yet and is completely untouched. With how expensive this is plus the tip end the taxes.I'm quite upset because the salad is not even edible, plus the pricing due to additional additional things, and no one answered when I called. Regardless, if this is a delivery order.Food should never be sent out in this condition, upon cutting the lettuce and seeing the color, it should have been thrown out immediately. It makes me question the quality of the other food I received that isnt as easily to tell if its past its best buy date. And being an immunocompromised that puts me underneath your wrist, so I spent over a hundred dollars on a meal , and the only edible parts are the dessert. I haven't eaten in 3 days and I needed the protein fo my mind to even be able to concentrate and focus.. I don't understand why anyone would send a salad out when it looks this way.
